At just 21 square miles, Bermuda is also easy to navigate domestically. Whether travelling between St. George’s, Hamilton or Somerset Village, multiple transport options ensure a smooth journey:
- Pink and Blue Buses – Operated by the Department of Public Transportation, these buses integrate with the island’s ferry service. With 11 routes and 14 zones, they’re easy to spot by their distinctive pink and blue stripes. Most buses depart from the Central Terminal on Washington Street, Hamilton.
- Ferries – Running on a zone system, ferries connect over 10 dock locations across the island with 4 routes. Costs range from $3.50 to $5.00 per ride, mirroring bus fares.
- Electric Scooters & Private Cars – Zip across the island on an electric scooter or drive your own private vehicle for added convenience.
